Physical Therapist Assistant

About Revolution Wellness Collective

Revolution Wellness Collective is not a traditional clinic.

We are a performance-based, whole-person physical therapy and fitness studio serving active adults, CrossFit athletes, pregnant/postpartum women, and high-performing humans who refuse to settle for “just live with it.”

We blend:

  • Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
  • Pelvic health integration
  • Strength & conditioning
  • Small group fitness
  • Education-driven, autonomy-building care

Our model is cash-based and relationship-driven. We prioritize longer visits, individualized programming, and outcomes that extend beyond symptom reduction.

If you’re looking for a mill clinic — this isn’t it. If you’re looking to grow as a clinician — keep reading.

Position Overview

  • Leading therapeutic exercise and performance progressions
  • Providing manual therapy interventions within scope
  • Supporting return-to-sport and strength-based rehab
  • Integrating pelvic health considerations into orthopedic rehab

This role requires clinical skill, confidence in movement coaching, and the ability to connect deeply with clients.

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) PTA in New Hampshire
  • Passionate about strength-based rehab and active populations

  • Growth-minded and open to feedback
  • Professional but warm — able to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment
  • Excited by pelvic health integration (training provided if needed)

Bonus if you:

  • Have CrossFit, CSCS, or strength & conditioning background
  • Have experience with postpartum or athletic populations
  • Enjoy working in a gym-based environment

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement and progress treatment plans established by supervising PT
  • Deliver therapeutic exercise with precision and coaching confidence
  • Perform manual therapy within PTA scope of practice
  • Document clearly and efficiently in EMR
  • Communicate regularly with supervising PT regarding patient progress
  • Educate clients on self-management and long-term resilience
  • Assist with fitness class support or performance programming (as appropriate)

What Makes Revolution Wellness Collective Different

  • 1:1 care model
  • Performance-forward rehab
  • Pelvic health integration across all populations
  • Cash-based autonomy (no insurance visit caps dictating care)
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Mentorship and continuing education support
  • Opportunity to grow into performance programming, specialty tracks, or leadership roles

Schedule & Compensation

  • Flexible part-time or full-time options
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
  • Performance bonus opportunities
  • Continuing education stipend
  • Growth pathway within a scaling performance & wellness brand
