We’re a family-owned, interdisciplinary clinic built around support, sustainability, and connection. Our team includes Speech, Occupational, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, and ABA providers who work collaboratively to support the whole child. Our staff are given reasonable expectations, protected time for collaboration and documentation, and the flexibility to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide engaging, play-based physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (primarily pediatrics)
- Support treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
- Build strong relationships with patients and families to support progress and carryover at home
- Collaborate daily with Speech, Occupational, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, and ABA team members to deliver holistic, family-centered care
- Assist with session setup, equipment use, and maintaining a safe and supportive therapy environment
- Participate in team collaboration and monthly reflective consultation for support and growth
- Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to meet sensory and physical needs
