Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the physical therapist in providing patient care and treatment
- Implement treatment plans and exercises under the guidance of the physical therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the physical therapist
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
- Assist with therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy
- Administer traction, massage, and trigger point therapy as directed by the physical therapist
- Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment for patients

Experience:
- Previous experience working in Home Health preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

Skills:
- Strong patient care skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients and tasks efficiently

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
