As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques and support during rehabilitation sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
- Educate patients on exercise programs and proper techniques for recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress notes.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patient treatments.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution. or Limited Permit
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in orthopedics or acute care settings is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
