We’re looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant ready to shape their career with intention, impact, and the support of a team that truly cares.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Physical Therapists to implement individualized care plans
• Support patients in reaching their therapy goals
• Contribute to great patient experiences through hands-on care and compassion

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed PTA (or eligible) for licensure
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• A team-first attitude and a heart for helping others
