Compensation & Bonuses

• Base Pay: $26–$33/hr (DOE)
• Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 based on clinic performance
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $66,080–$80,640 ($31.75–$38.75/hr equivalent)
• Sign-On Bonus: Available for full-time hires

PTA Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programs developed by PT
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises & rehab programs
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment

Qualifications

• Active CO license or eligibility
• Graduate of accredited PTA program
• Strong communication & patient engagement skills
