Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality care and support to patients. Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities

- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology

- Experience in acute care settings

- Ability to provide exceptional patient care with empathy and compassion

- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
