• Outpatient orthopedic experience a plus OR strong interest in outpatient ortho
• New grads encouraged to apply!
• Licensed PTA or eligible for PTA licensure in Indiana
• Excellent communication skills

Indiana Physical Therapy operates 18 outpatient orthopedic clinics in Indiana, including six in Fort Wayne and one each in Angola, Auburn, Bluffton, Columbia City, Decatur, Elkhart, Huntington, Indianapolis, Kendallville, Mishawaka, New Haven and Warsaw.

Our Industrial Services and Athletic Training divisions also provide therapy and service options.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized patient care plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Provide therapeutic treatments and modalities to patients in outpatient settings, focusing on orthopedics and geriatrics.
• Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate discharge planning and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment while adhering to medical terminology and protocols.
