Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone early in their career to grow in a supportive environment that prioritizes both patient success and professional development.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with patients under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists
• Implement treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
• Build meaningful relationships with patients during extended one-on-one sessions
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on exceptional patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and skill development opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Physical Therapist Assistant degree from an accredited program
• Licensure: Current Washington State PTA license OR license applicant status
• Passion: Genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
• Team Player: Commitment to working collaboratively in an inclusive, supportive environment
