SPT Kirkland is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to grow fast, think critically, and deliver high-level care to active adults and athletes.
We operate in an open-gym, movement-based environment focused on objective testing, progressive rehab, and real-world performance outcomes—not passive, volume-driven care.

Job Description
Your First 30–60 Days

Structured onboarding with clear expectations

Side‑by‑side collaboration with the Clinic Director and PTs

Gradual progression toward full independence

Early emphasis on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and communication
What You Will Do
-
Treat orthopedic and sports‑related conditions under the direction of a PT
-
Coach patients through exercise progressions, movement retraining, and load management
-
Apply manual therapy techniques when they meaningfully support patient outcomes
-
Contribute to clinical decision‑making rather than simply following a protocol
-
Document efficiently during the workday so you’re not taking notes home

Qualifications-
Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Interest in sports, movement, and performance-based rehab

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $30.00-$35.00/hr.
