Responsibilities

• Supporting personalized treatment plans.

• Document patient progress accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant with relevant state or regional credentials.
