Qualifications:

• Proficient in utilizing technology for communication and essential job functions
• Education: Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of physical therapy assistant
• Licensure: Current Texas State License to practice physical therapy
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in home health.

Salary is determined by various factors, including education, experience, and location.

Responsibilities:

• Job Summary: Provide coordinated physical therapy to patients of all ages under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Perform services as planned, delegated, and supervised by the PT
• Utilize effective interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients and their families
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Implement infection control and standard precautions during patient care activities to prevent contamination and disease transmission
• Accept clinical assignments aligned with education and competence
• Meet mandatory continuing education requirements and participate in in-service programs
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
