Responsibilities:

• Interpret patient's medical history and physical exam findings.,Provide education to patients and their family members on how to improve physical condition.,Assess patients' needs, formulate treatment plan and develop treatment regimen.,Implement treatment program and monitor changes in patient's condition and progress toward treatment goals.,Maintain systematic records on patient care Providence Health and Services.,Provide education on rehabilitation techniques.,Commit to the field of physical therapy and advance their own knowledge of rehabilitation techniques continually.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
