Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Express Home Health team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care and assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the Physical Therapist.
• Document patient visits and treatments accurately in the electronic medical record system (DSL).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Pay: $70.00 per hour

• Choose your own hours
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
