Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

**Attention** all great PTAs looking to work 1-on-1 with patients in an Outpatient clinic!

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

We are currently looking for a PTA with goal of increasing to full time. This position provides therapy services in our Outpatient clinic in Northeast Albuquerque.

This position is for someone that loves working with primarily adults to stay healthy, active, and improve performance. This position would work closely with our full-time clinic PT and current PTA

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient care plans and therapeutic exercises.
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members.
  • Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective care, including trigger point therapy when appropriate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
