Established podiatry and sports medicine clinic in Sugar Landis seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our growing foot and ankle rehabilitation program.
This position offers a predictable schedule, lower daily patient volume, and a collaborative clinical environmentworking directly with a podiatric physician and under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Schedule & Patient Volume
Monday – Thursday only (No Fridays)
32 hours per week
10–12 patients per day
No evenings
No weekends
This role offers an excellent work-life balancecompared with most outpatient therapy clinics.
Conditions Treated
You will primarily treat orthopedic and sports-related foot and ankle conditions, including:
Plantar fasciitis
Achilles tendinitis and tendinopathy
Ankle sprains and instability
Post-surgical foot and ankle rehabilitation
Sports injuries of the foot and ankle
Balance and gait training programs
Responsibilities
Implement therapy programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular reeducation
Guide patients through strengthening, stretching, and balance protocols
Monitor patient progress and communicate with the PT and physician
Document treatment sessions accurately and efficiently
Help maintain a professional and positive therapy environment
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a PTA who enjoys working with motivated patients in a private practice environmentand has an interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Preferred background:
Outpatient private practice experience
Sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation experience
Experience treating foot and ankle conditions
Strong patient motivation and education skills
New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently within a team-based clinic environment
