We need a therapist who is passionate about geriatric care, values strong outcomes, and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative, people-first organization.

What You'll Do

  • Treat patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist

  • Occasionally treat clinically complex patients with PT support

  • Perform and assist with all types of transfers

  • Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and balance interventions

  • Carry out established treatment plans and document patient progress

  • Provide patient and family education related to mobility and safety

  • Collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team

If you'd like additional support with any competencies, we are happy to provide training and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Current Idaho PTA license in good standing

  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys working with the geriatric population

Preferred:

  • At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility. That said-if you are a caring, passionate, licensed therapist who loves working with older adults, we would still love to hear from you.
