What You’ll Do

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed PT

  • Assist residents in improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence

  • Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health

  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Vermont)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for working with the geriatric population

  • Experience with Net Health is a plus, but not required
