Compensation (1099 / PRN): Per Visit: $50.00

What You’ll Do:

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.

  
  

• Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising PT.

  
  

• Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.

  
  

• PT Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising PT.

What You Need:

• Licensure: Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.

  
  

• Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.

  
  

• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

  
  

• Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
