Job Description

Rehab Specialists Physical Therapy is looking for an experienced and compassionate Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to join our growing team. This position focuses on the treatment and management of breast cancer–related conditions and upper and lower extremity lymphedema. Our patient population includes orthopedic, breast, and lymphedema cases.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients with lymphedema and breast cancer–related conditions
• Create and implement customized treatment plans
• Perform manual lymph drainage (MLD) and apply compression bandaging/garments
• Educate patients on home programs and long-term self-management strategies
• Track patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Current, active Physical Therapy license
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification required
• Experience with breast cancer rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset
