Overview

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and design individualized plans of care

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Licensure

  • Active or pending Physical Therapy license in California
  • Foreign-trained candidates encouraged to apply (certified instructors available to support licensure process)

Experience

  • New graduates and experienced clinicians welcomed
  • Leadership experience preferred for Center Manager roles, but not required

Skills

  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication
  • Interest in growth, mentorship, and collaborative practice
  • Allowable to work in the U.S. or requiring sponsorship (supported)

Compensation, Incentives & Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation aligned with Bay Area market dynamics
  • Up to $20,000 available for relocation, sign-on bonuses, and/or student loan assistance
