About the Role

As a full-time Physical Therapist at CSMO, you'll play a key role in helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• BLS (CPR) certification preferred
• Strong communicationcustomer service skills
• One year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
