Clinic Director / Partner – Physical Therapist
Location: NEW Clinic Build in the Albuquerque Metropolitan Area
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base (depending on experience)

Position Summary:

Our Clinic Directors are responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. In this role, you'll lead by example though carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client. Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency Manage schedule and payroll. Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business. Shape your clinic through the training of new employees for their role and responsibilities while identifying staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed (or eligible) in the state for the practice of physical therapy
  • Someone excited to build relationships, improve lives, and have at least 2 years of PT experience
