Duties

• Oversee clinic operations, including patient scheduling, staff coordination, and resource management to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery
• Lead and motivate clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
• Implement policies and procedures that promote patient safety, confidentiality, and excellent customer service
• Monitor clinic performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions
• Provide patient care directly , working side by side with the clinical staff to optimize patient care and support clinical excellence

Experience

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Ability to develop operational strategies that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, patients, and referral sources

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
