We're hiring one Clinical Manager at our Westlake Village clinic. If you're a PT who is ready to lead — and you want to be rewarded for it — keep reading.

Why this isn't a typical clinic manager job.

You won't be pulled off the floor to sit in an office. Our Clinical Managers are player-coaches. You'll carry a full patient caseload with AI scribe support while leading a tight, high-performing team of PTs, PTAs, and aides. You'll have real autonomy, real accountability, and real earning potential tied directly to your results.

You'll never write a note again. Every Athletic PT therapist works with a dedicated AI scribe who handles documentation in real time. Documentation time reduced by 90% — for you and your whole team.

You will see just over 2 patients per hour (2.25). One-on-one care is the standard here. You set the example for your team by practicing it every day.

You'll lead with a methodology, not a guess. You'll train in and teach the ARC Progression — a manual therapy and exercise system developed over 20 years by our owner, Dr. Stephen Clark, PT, DPT, OCS, MBA. Your team learns from you. You learn from him.

PT-owned, three-location private practice serving West LA and the Conejo Valley for 25+ years. This role is at our Westlake Village clinic (91362) — close to Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, and Simi Valley.

What you bring

• Active California PT license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient PT experience
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or senior clinician experience strongly preferred
• Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning
• A team-first mentality with an ownership mindset
• Comfort developing staff, holding standards, and building referral relationships
