Physical Therapist - Early Intervention
Job Summary:
Rise 2 Growth, a leading provider of Early Intervention services, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Physical Therapist with our Early Intervention program, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based, family-centered therapeutic support to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide Physical Therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth-3) and their families in natural environments, including their homes and community settings
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child
Implement and modify treatment plans to promote developmental progress and achieve meaningful outcomes
Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical reports and documentation
Demonstrate proficiency in using electronic medical records and other technology tools
Requirements:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Valid New York State Physical Therapy license
Experience in Early Intervention is preferred
Strong professional judgment, effective communication skills, and ability to manage documentation and scheduling requirements
Reliable transportation and ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary professionals
Bilingual in English and Spanish (desired)
Work Environment:
Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our families and children
Compensation: $85-$93 hourly, commensurate with experience
Location: Rockland County, New York
