Viera Del Mar Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist! Our center is a new state of the art center conveniently located across from Viera Hospital and minutes from I-95. Our mission is to personalize the wellness journey by providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation experiences that are designed around the needs of each individual. We are dedicated to promoting a better quality of life and transforming ordinary expectations into extraordinary outcomes.

Job Duties:

• Reviewing patients’ medical histories
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Good decision making and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination
• Valid PT license in state of practice
