Physical Therapist (Full-Time / Part-Time) – SB Physio

SB Physio is not a traditional physical therapy clinic. We are an established clinic actively transitioning from a standard in-network model to a hybrid system that integrates private pay, advanced technology, and long-term patient relationships.

This is not a startup concept. We have already begun dropping major insurance contracts and converting toward a model where patients increasingly choose to pay directly for higher-level care.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to treat a full caseload while practicing in a model that is already evolving in real time.

The Model

You will treat a full schedule of patients. The difference is how you practice and how your caseload develops over time.

Our philosophy:
We aim to be each patient’s physical therapist for life. The first stop for musculoskeletal care, not just a short-term plan of care.

This allows you to:

  • Build long-term patient relationships instead of one-time episodes
  • Develop a caseload aligned with your clinical strengths
  • Grow with a clinic that is already shifting toward private pay

What Makes This Different

  • 1-on-1, 40-minute treatment sessions with no double booking
  • Established patient base with consistent demand
  • Active transition toward private pay, already in motion
  • Clinical autonomy in how you manage and progress care
  • Focus on retention, prevention, and long-term value

Technology & Tools

You will have access to:

  • AI-assisted documentation to reduce charting time
  • Force measurement and performance testing systems (VALD)
  • Class IV laser, shockwave, and PEMF
  • Normatec and recovery stations
  • Movement analysis tools

These are integrated into care, not just optional add-ons.

Schedule

  • Flexible, part-time or full-time
  • Ideal schedule around 40 hours per week
  • Full caseload expected, with control over how it evolves

Growth & Earning Potential

The financial model is changing alongside the clinical model.

  • Competitive base compensation tied to a full caseload
  • Increasing earning potential as private pay continues to expand
  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance and clinic growth

Additional Opportunities

  • Clinical Instructor roles available
  • Bonus structure for supervising students
  • Ongoing DPT student rotations and teaching environment

Who This Is For

  • PTs who want to treat at a high level without rushing patients
  • Clinicians who want autonomy and ownership over their caseload
  • Those interested in practicing within a model that is already shifting away from insurance dependence

Who This Is Not For

  • Those looking for a static, insurance-driven clinic model
  • Those who prefer minimal responsibility or rigid protocols

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • 401(k) matching
  • Continuing education credits
  • Dental insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
  • License reimbursement
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
