Suncare Home Health, Inc. is a Therapist owned skilled home health care company.

The agency specializes in providing skilled nursing and physical rehabilitation services to home bound elderly clients in their homes and in facilities.

We are seeking Physical Therapists and and PTAs to add to our clinical team.

Physical Therapist and PTAs urgently needed !

Part time and PRN positions are available leading to full time position.

Job Duties and Requirements.

• Providing skilled -OT/ PT services.- Admit Clients / Evaluations / Treatments.
• Coordinating care with main office
• Communication with physician, office and other clinical staff
• Supervision if needed
• Providing screenings and assessments when needed
• Must be very well organized and have good customer service skills - Must have good communication skills
• No history of criminal conduct
• Must have reliable automobile and auto insurance
• Professional license in good standing
• Must be familiar with Medicare guidelines and regulations for home health
• Current TB, HEP and CPR
• Must be familiar with elderly rehab in community / home setting
• Must be respectful to the needs of our elderly clients and their caregivers
• Must have good computer skills
