Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Kearney, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
