What You Will Be Doing

• Evaluate and treat patients using movement-based and performance-driven approaches
• Build and progress plans of care that translate into real-world activity and sport
• Use objective data from VALD technology to guide treatment decisions
• Communicate with referring providers and care teams
• Participate in community outreach and local events
• Engage in ongoing mentorship and clinical development

Who This Is Built For

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Experience in orthopedics preferred, but not required
• Interest in working with active adults and runners
• Enjoyment of movement, strength training, and performance-based care
• A clinician who wants to continue growing and refining their craft

Compensation and Benefits

With performance bonus achieved, your total compensation reaches up to $105,500+ per year

Total Compensation: $101,000 to $105,500 (Years 1 and 2)

This range reflects your full earnings including your sign-on bonus and benefits.

Here is how that is structured:

• Base Salary: $90,000 per year
• Performance Bonus: Up to $4,800 per year based on productivity
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
• Healthcare Stipend: $3,840 per year
• Continuing Education Allowance: $1,500 per year
• 401k Employer Match: Up to $3,150 per year

After year two, your compensation continues at the same strong level without the sign-on portion.
