An outpatient clinic in near San Jose, CA is adding a Physical Therapist to a collaborative rehab team that prioritizes quality care, strong outcomes, and a supportive work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing: Work with a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, helping individuals recover, rebuild, and regain independence.

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and/or neurological conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans
Guide patients through recovery from injury or surgery
Collaborate with physicians and rehab staff
Maintain clear and efficient documentation

Qualifications

DPT or MPT from an accredited program
Active California PT license (or ability to obtain)
