Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic – Glendale

About the Position:

Phoenix Physical Therapy & Wellness Inc. is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. We provide patient-focused care to help individuals restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide orthopedic rehabilitation
• Utilize manual therapy techniques when appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and PT Aides
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

Requirements

• Current and valid California Physical Therapy license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is a plus
