Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Full Time

Seeking a physical therapist to join our growing team.

We are expanding rapidly and looking for clinicians to help us grow. We are opening new clinics, expanding our programs and services.

Work in a large physical therapy site (with clinicians who have a variety of certifications, specialities....from ortho to pediatric, pelvic rehab, vestibular, Parkinson's Disease specialities/ Boxing, lymphedema, blood flow restriction, Graston and ART, house calls, etc!). Develop your skills and expand your career.

We have a clinic in Wilkes-Barre and a clinic in Moosic. We continue to grow and promote from within.

At Elite you will be mentored by an experienced clinical staff. We dedicate time to teaching and learning each week. We have specialty programs for lymphedema, pelvic health, vestibular, and orthopedics as well as a full fitness program onsite with strength and fitness coaches. We have staff who are certified in various aspects of physical therapy and fitness to grow and learn from. The owners are practicing clinicians who have taught, been published, and are certified in many aspects of clinical care.

For this role we are seeking a staff physical therapist who is committed to excellent patient care. The perfect fit is someone who wants to grow as a clinician as well as continue helping our company expand and excel. Experience in this exact role is not required but is a plus.

Weekly hands-on meeting to increase clinical skills, and weekly mentorship meetings. Continuing education.

Compensation: New graduates start at a base rate and will increased \when you have a direct access license, as well as increases with competency in our specialization programs (such as lymphedema, pelvic, fitness, etc).
