Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho - Vista, CA

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with patients to design and implement customized therapy programs, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and help them achieve their physical health goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and patient goals.
• Administer physical therapy treatments, exercises, and modalities to promote healing and mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for improving the lives of others through rehabilitation and physical health.

Pay: $89,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
