What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized plans of care based on findings and patient goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions with skill and intention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and prevention strategies
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Stay current on best practices in physical therapy, anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation
• Participate in occasional marketing events

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Texas state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to physical therapy
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Experience with manual therapy and/or an athletic population is a plus
• Ability to create effective, individualized care plans
• Excellent communication skills with patients and the Revival PPT team
• A genuine passion for professional development and continued learning
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $70,000-90,000 per year

• Doctorate required
• Physical Therapy License preferred
• Ability to commute to San Antonio, TX 78216
• Ability to relocate before starting work, if applicable
• In-person role
