Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist position available, part time or full time, in Chehalis, WA, a brief commute from Olympia, WA. Part of a robust group of 5 clinics that are locally owned and operated by three physical therapists and have a fun and caring culture. Great mentorship opportunities available with 20+ providers company wide. For new grads, blocked out 1 hour mentorship sessions per week with experienced therapists for the first year of employment. Team atmosphere, Lunch & Learn PT/OT get togethers once a month, frequent collaboration and discussion on cases. Fun events with focus on team and family activities. We employ an easy to use, quick EMR system for charting and billing that leverages AI for efficiency and compliance- we have seen this system greatly cut down on time spent documenting. Applicant must be friendly, personable, and professional. Physical therapist to ensure that patient visits are of the highest quality in all aspects, with an emphasis on customer service and care. This position requires a person with the ability to multitask and prioritize, a solid work ethic, and a high level of professionalism. WA PT license or Compact PT license required, or be in the process of acquiring.
