What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical condition, mobility, and functional limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic injuries and conditions
• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic Physical Therapy interventions
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and movement strategies
• Perform manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization and soft tissue work
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Help create an encouraging and motivating environment for patients throughout their recovery

The Type of Physical Therapist We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for orthopedic Physical Therapy and patient-centered care
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and educating patients
• Clinician who values continuous learning and professional development
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
