Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining strong productivity and clinical excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage a daily caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
