Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Kennewick, WA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, adaptable, and comfortable managing a fast-paced outpatient caseload while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.

This opportunity is open to first-time travelers; however, new graduates will not be considered.

Patient Population

• Outpatient Orthopedic patients

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Productivity Expectations

• Expected productivity: 60 patient visits per week
• Average patient volume: 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• New graduates will not be accepted
• PTA candidates will not be accepted
• Strong communication and patient care skills required
• Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
