On Site Solutions Physical Therapy provides hands‑on, prevention‑focused Physical Therapy directly in the workplace. Our Physical Therapists partner with employees and leadership to support injury prevention, safe movement, and long‑term wellness.

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to begin onsite in New Albany, Ohio for approximately four or more months, followed by a transition to our established onsite program in Conesville, Ohio.

What You’ll Do

• Lead stretching, mobility, and body mechanics programs
• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide practical recommendations
• Educate employees on injury prevention and safe movement
• Identify early signs of strain and intervene before injuries occur
• Serve as the onsite Physical Therapist for both locations

Schedule, Pay, and Benefits

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Pay range of $43–$60 per hour, based on experience
• PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Physical Therapy license
• BLS and CPR certification
• Two or more years of experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort with a site transition
• Interest in prevention‑focused workplace Physical Therapy
