Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care, build strong relationships with patients, and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment focused on excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
    Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including assessment of mobility, strength, function, and movement patterns
    Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and best clinical practices
    Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and patient education
    Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Raintree in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards
    Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
    Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as appropriate
    Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
    Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
    Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
    Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
    Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
Compensation and Benefits
    Competitive salary range of $84,000–$100,000 per year based on experience, plus performance incentives
