Physical Therapist-Pelvic Health Speciality Clinic

Pelvic Rehabilitation and Wellness Center – Manalapan, NJ

We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join our specialty pelvic health clinic in Manalapan, New Jersey.

This role is designed for a clinician who has already taken intentional steps toward pelvic health and is looking to deepen their expertise within a focused, supportive, one-on-one care model.

Required Background

Applicants must have prior exposure to pelvic health, which may include one or more of the following:

  • Pelvic health continuing education courses
  • Level 1 or higher pelvic health coursework
  • Pelvic health fieldwork or clinical rotation
  • Current pelvic health caseload or mentorship experience

Applicants without any pelvic health education or exposure will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy in a private outpatient setting
  • Treat adults with pelvic floor dysfunction and related orthopedic conditions
  • Follow structured clinical systems with protected documentation time
  • Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team
  • Continue advancing pelvic health skills within a specialty model

Training and Professional Development

We provide structured onboarding and training in biofeedback, SoftWave therapy software, red light therapy, and BrainTap systems. This training is designed to advance existing pelvic health knowledge, not replace foundational pelvic education.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $88,000–$120,000+ based on experience and speciality training

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey
  • Demonstrated pelvic health education or clinical exposure
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach
  • Professional communication and documentation skills
