We’re looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team. In this flexible role, you will provide therapy services on an as-needed basis, helping patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. This position is perfect for professionals looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help restore movement, function, and quality of life. This role involves working closely with patients and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments to diagnose movement impairments and functional limitations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in patient care.
  • Education: Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active and valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri.
  • Experience: Prior experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
  • Certifications: CPR certification (preferred).

Work Environment

  • PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care.
