Your Role:
Create and implement personalized therapy plans to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Monitor and track resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Collaborate closely with our dedicated care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Educate and guide residents and their families, offering emotional support and essential information throughout the recovery process.
What We're Looking For:
A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both residents and colleagues.
A team-oriented mindset and a desire to collaborate with others to deliver the highest level of care.
A deep commitment to helping others regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.
