Physical Therapist – Subacute Rehab (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of post-acute patients

• Develop individualized care plans and measurable goals

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal outcomes

• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible)

• Strong clinical reasoning and time-management skills
