Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – Sports Medicine / Outpatient Orthopedics (Full-Time)

Best Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a leading outpatient physical therapy provider in the Hampton Roads area, with four locations and a strong reputation for individualized, hands-on care. Our team specializes in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation, with a focus on manual therapy and performance-based outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced DPT to join our therapist-owned outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician with a passion for sports medicine who values a hands-on, team-based approach to patient care and is looking for autonomy, growth, and the opportunity to develop a specialty or niche.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Virginia PT license
• 3–5 years of outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience required
• Dry needling certification required
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Commitment to a hands-on, team-oriented approach to care
• Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently while maintaining quality of care

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling options available)
