Physical Therapist (PT, DPT) – Contract Opportunity

Location: Fleming Island, FL
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Duration: 13 weeks (Strong potential for extension)
Start Date: 4/20/26 or 4/27/26
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation:

• Local Pay: $57/hour
• Travel Pay: $2,200 weekly take-home
