Job Description

Rising Stars is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention (EI) services to infants and toddlers (birth–3) and their families in natural environments.

Candidates must possess a valid New York State Physical Therapy license and demonstrate the clinical competence required to deliver Early Intervention services. Experience in Early Intervention is preferred. The successful candidate will exhibit strong

professional judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and scheduling requirements. Reliable transportation and the ability to collaborate effectively with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary professionals are essential.
