Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist Include:

• Plan, organize, and lead our Physical Therapy services in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, and other departments to coordinate high-quality therapy care
• Develop individualized care plans, implement therapy programs, and monitor resident progress
• Participate in quality assurance and policy development
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing in compliance with standards
• Provide education and communication to residents, families, and staff Requirements:
• Licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist (must be in good standing)
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
